What One Journey is, who it is for, and what it is not

One Journey is a pregnancy app written for parents in Singapore. It covers the day you know you are pregnant until your baby is born. It costs S$29 as a one-time payment, not a subscription, and there is nothing recurring and nothing to cancel. It is new, and there are no reviews to show yet.

If you are reading this because you are trying to work out whether a S$29 site is a real thing, that is a sensible thing to be doing. This page is written for that, and it does not ask you for anything.

How payment works

Payment is handled by Stripe, by card. We never see or store your card number. You pay once, and there is nothing recurring to cancel later.

What we will not do

• No medical advice. One Journey supports and organises. It never diagnoses, never doses, and never replaces your doctor. Anything urgent gets pointed straight to your doctor, the emergency checker, or 995.
• We do not sell or share your data. Not to advertisers, not to anyone. There are no ads in the app.
• No affiliate links, and nothing to buy inside the guides. The free guides sell nothing and link to no shop. We sell one thing, the app, and it is on its own page.
• No fake reviews and no invented numbers. When we cannot count something honestly, we do not put a number on it. That is why there are no testimonials anywhere on this site.

What you can check before paying

• The free guides. Complete, ungated, no account and no email. Start with the hospital bag list or what to bring to your first appointment. If the writing is not what you want at 3am, do not buy the app.
• The Terms. What you are buying, what it covers, and what we owe you if something goes wrong.
• The privacy section. Exactly what is collected and who can read it, written in plain sentences.
• The price, in one place. S$29 for the app and S$19 for the ebook, both one-time, both on the pricing section.
• An email address that a person answers. Skaiorg24@gmail.com. Ask us anything before you pay, including the awkward questions.

Refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds and no change of mind, because you get access straight away. If you cannot get in, or it is not what we described, email Skaiorg24@gmail.com and we will make it right. Our Terms set out exactly what that covers, including if you were charged twice.

We would rather tell you that before you pay than after.

What it covers, and what it does not

The S$29 covers the app from the day you know you are pregnant until your baby is born. Baby born to one year old is being written. It is not included in this S$29, and nobody is being charged for it today.

Who made it

We keep our names off the site on purpose, so that nobody has to trust a face. The trade is honest: it gives you less to check us on. So everything checkable is listed above, and the free guides are there precisely so you can judge the work rather than the people.

Questions people ask about this

Are there any discount codes or sales?
No. There are no discount codes, no sales and no countdown offers. The price is S$29 and it is the same for everyone. If you find a code claiming to be ours, it is not.
