One Journey ("we") is a parenthood support app for families in Singapore. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account details: your email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider — we never see your password).
Journey details you choose to add: due date, baby's birth date and name, your display name.
Things you log: feeds, nappies, sleep, mood, checklist ticks, supplies. These exist so the app can help you — nothing else.
Email signups: if you subscribe to updates, we store your email address.

Your logs and details are protected per-member at the database level — your data is readable by your account only.
We never sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers. There are no ads.
Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Journey Bot conversations may be processed by an AI provider to generate answers; they are not used to train models and are not linked to advertising.

You can edit or remove your journey details anytime in the app's Account page.
To delete your account and all its data, email us and we'll do it within 7 days.
Every update email includes an unsubscribe link.

What One Journey is: support, organisation, and general guidance for parents. What it is not: medical advice, diagnosis, or a replacement for your doctor, gynae, or paediatrician. If something feels urgent, call 995 or go to A&E — never wait on this app.
Payments: Stage 1 access (S$29) and the ebook (S$19) are one-time payments in SGD. There is no subscription and nothing recurring to cancel.
Refunds: we don't offer refunds. The ebook is non-refundable once downloaded.
Your access is personal — one account per member, not for redistribution of content.
General guidance only: checklists, food lists, and week guides are general references for Singapore families — your own care team's advice always comes first.
